  When you enter a Good News Tabernacle worship service/event, you will be entering an area where photography, video and audio recording may occur.

  Good News Tabernacle reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by Good News Tabernacle, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Good News Tabernacle may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

   To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

   

   A person attending a Good News Tabernacle event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should their wishes known to the church office, in writing (715 Athenia Place | Bessemer City, NC 28016).

 

   By participating in a Good News Tabernacle worship service or event, or by failing to notify Good News Tabernacle in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by Good News Tabernacle, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Good News Tabernacle from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

 

  Any person or organization not affiliated with Good News Tabernacle may not use copy, alter, or modify Good News Tabernacle photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Good News Tabernacle.
